SUPPORT BAND @ ROCKSTAR

Support Band is a Rockstar initiative and collaboration between Luke Edwards (Rockstar Director) and Mark Evans (ex AC/DC). 

"Support Band" aims to engage young people with neurodiverse, mental health and disability challenges and:

•  build relationships with peers through music creation and performance.
• assist with song writing and performance.
• provide opportunities to record music. 
• use industry connections to create opportunities for "Support Band" bands to perform at shows and events.

Support Band is conducted at an amazing rehearsal space called "The Cave" - under the light rail line at back of the Tram Sheds in Glebe, opposite Jubilee Park. 

Support Band sessions run for 1.5 hours and are usually funded under NDIS.
